TOP: Schuberth will send new SRCS PRO

Just got a call from Schuberth product expert of SRC systems. The issue appears to be hardware related and can not be resolved by firmware. In order to resolve, they will send me a new unit and I can return my bad one upon arrival of the new SRC PRO system.

This is how service needs to be : keep your promise and do what is in your power to solve issues and keep customers satisfied!
